Scrolls and Bottle Indexing Parts
These parts are designed in 3D CAD software which is then imported to a three axis CNC milling machine to shape the nylon material to the required shape to suit the bottle type used for the design. Nylon material types are selected based on budget and wear properties to suit the speed of the selected machine.
Star-Wheels
Star-Wheels, Split-Stars and guides are also design in 3D CAD software, which is then imported to a three axis CNC router. The parts are machined from sheets of nylon to the required shape to suit the bottle type. We offer custom made change parts in standard form for high speed applications, or in our more popular mechanically adjustable form for low speed applications.
Tool-Room Machinery & Misc Engineering:
We have a fully equipped tool-room with CNC machines, Lathes and other metal working equipment. Machine parts and bottle feed equipment are designed and manufactured in-house. This, in combination with our decades of experience, allows us to make not only miscellaneous bottle feed equipment, but also spare parts and general engineering components.
